Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout.Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography.A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.A great class for anyone!
This class is devised to allow members 12 and 13 years of age clearance to use the circuit and cardio equipment. There will be a class the second Saturday of every month at 12 noon for members only.

While Sitting in a chair, learn gentle stretching to help maintain flexibility and prevent injury. Held on Tuesdays at 11:30am in the Community Room!
