Youth Strength Training

The Valley YMCA Strength Training Program will help children improve their health and fitness levels with the use of bodyweight, resistance bands, and free weight exercises. This program will emphasize the importance of safety while getting them accustomed to proper forms and techniques.

**The intensity level for this exercise program is medium-high.
