The YMCA tumbling program embraces the Y’s Mission by creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to become strong, confident gymnasts who are honest, responsible, respectful, and caring friends and teammates.
5 & Under Open Tumbling
Open Tumbling just for the little ones!
Beginner Tumbling
Athletes will learn body shapes commonly used in tumbling and gymnastic skills. They will gain confidence in their abilities while stretching and strengthening their muscles.
Drop Ins
Drop ins for all classes (except 5 & Under Open Tumbling): $10
Drop ins for 5 & Under Open Tumbling: $5
Elite Tumbling
For athletes working on handsprings, tucks, spinning and connecting passes. This is a difficult class that requires an intermediate understanding of tumbling and body shapes.
Mommy & Me
Kiddos can bring their grown-up to learn body shapes commonly used in gymnastics and tumbling skills. They will gain confidence on the floor, work on their balance on the beam and strengthen their muscles on the bar. Grown-ups are sure to get in a workout, too!
Open Tumbling
The Tumble Room is open for you to come play, bounce or work on your skills!

PreSchool Tumbling
PreSchoolers will learn body shapes commonly used in gymnastics and tumbling skills. They will gain confidence on the floor, work on their balance on the beam and strengthen their muscles on the bar.
Private Tumbling Lessons
Available to any children of any age and ability. Private lessons are an opportunity for one-on-one coaching from one of our coaches. The Grove City YMCA offers private lessons for those who wish to receive one on one instruction.
Confidence on the mat is essential to perfecting skills and individualized attention allows the participant to feel confident in the gym. You and your instructor can set personalized goals based on your current tumbling abilities to meet your specific needs and develop your skills. Whether you’re just starting out or you’re looking to improve techniques, improve your level of confidence or learn new skills, private lessons are a great way to learn at your own pace.
Safety, technique, confidence building and independence are developed in a variety of ways during private tumbling lessons. Our instructors have trained with all age groups and abilities to help you along your journey. Vouchers expire one year from day of purchase.

60 Minute Semi Private Lessons= $50.00 for 2 individuals, not available for non-members.
