Fitness Challenge
The 12 Swims of Christmas is a Swim Challenge for ALL skill levels.
Each swim set was created by the Franklin Flyers Swim Team. Sets will average 500 yards.
All 12 Swims are self-paced
T-shirt are included in the price of the challenge!

Cardiac Rehab Phase IV
MBA Level 1
The MBA program is designed to address the needs of individuals who experience limitations due to stroke, Parkinson’s & other movement disorders, as well as those who are dealing with conditions resulting from chronic illness and/or surgery. Trainers utilizes practical exercises & activities to increase balance, strength and mobility. Participants find the individualized program exceptionally beneficial and discover that working directly with the trainer provides structure and motivation. 2 times a week/this level is for long-time members who have been in the program..
MBA Level 3
