Delay The Disease
This nationally recognized program is designed to empower people with Parkinson’s disease by optimizing their physical function and helping to delay the progression of symptoms. Exercises in this program help with balance, executive function, fine motor skills, gait speed & stride length. Group setting provides valuable support, motivation, accountability & FUN!
- All levels of ability welcome
- New session every 12 weeks; open & ongoing enrollment. Registration required.

MBA Level 1
The MBA program is designed to address the needs of individuals who experience limitations due to stroke, Parkinson’s & other movement disorders, as well as those who are dealing with conditions resulting from chronic illness and/or surgery. Trainers utilizes practical exercises & activities to increase balance, strength and mobility. Participants find the individualized program exceptionally beneficial and discover that working directly with the trainer provides structure and motivation. 2 times a week/this level is for long-time members who have been in the program..

Smart Steps-1
SMART STEPS 1 is an 8 week, evidence-based program that gives participants the tools, knowledge, and group support they need to develop a lifestyle change plan that works. In this program, you will learn how to eat healthier, move more, and lose weight. Our program provides helpful tips and strategies to incorporate nutrition and physical activity into your lifestyle, while also addressing motivation, obstacles, and pitfalls that often make staying healthy such a challenge.
